Claims policy
We value your satisfaction and trust in our products. If you encounter any issues or defects with your seeds, you may file a claim for a replacement, or refund, subject to the following conditions and requirements:
- You must file your claim within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, an invoice, or an order confirmation.
- You must describe the issue or defect in detail and provide photos or videos if possible, of the seeds and the package they arrived in.
- You must return the seeds in its original packaging and current condition to the grower.
To file your claim, please follow these steps and procedures:

- Provide your name, order number, and product details, and explain the issue or defect you are experiencing.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier service.
- Once the seller receives your package, we will confirm your claim and review it within 10 business days.
- We will notify you of the outcome of your claim by email or phone. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or defect, we will either replace, or refund your the purchase price of the damaged seeds.
